Per our request Edward & Sons of Collinsville IL, who our insurance agency referred us to, sent their representative Ethan Boerm to our O’Fallon duplex … More this morning to assess the damage done by last Friday’s storms. Mr Boerm not only inspected the exterior and roof on our side of the structure but also our neighbor’s half as well. He assured us that only minimal hail damage was done to our roofs and that neither side’s roof required repair. He said that the gutters and the facia were still fully functional and recommended that the holes in the siding, caused by the hail, could be least expensively fixed by a handyman and gave us the contact information for a firm specializing in those type of repairs. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of Mr Boerm and his company.

Ethan Boerm … More came out and inspected our roof and spoke honestly about our damage. The same day he sent us an email estimate then came to our residence on a Saturday to explain the process & sign the papers. When we had additional questions on a Sunday, Ethan was available and eager to answer our questions. The North facing part of the roof was inspected by drone since it was still wet from a November snow. The rest was on the roof inspection. Only minor dimple damage on a gutter and downspout. Christian gave me a report to keep on file. No roof damage present. A load off my mind.

The insurance company sent another individual to look at the roof and it was approved for a full replacement. These guys are awesome. I had a leak appear, so I got several companies to come out. Most of them just wanted to just sell me a roof and try to run it … More through the insurance without really explaining anything. Even the guys that did explain things still just wanted to simply push a sale. So I sat on it for a little bit, then I did more research, and I am so happy that I found Edward and Sons. Taylor came out and spent a bunch of time to inspect not only the area of the leak, but also the attic and the rest of the roof as well. I'm not a roofer, but he explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was amiable the entire time when I was asking questions. I know who I'll be buying my next roof from - these guys!
I would say they did such a good job that you can’t tell anything happened, but it actually looked better than it did before. Absolutely perfect service, highly recommended.

Cole (the owner) came out to do an inspection because I had water spots. The inspection seem really thorough, he didn’t push repairs on me and gave good reasons to consider but that it wasn’t necessary yet. He is reaching out to the manufacturers to get any ideas of problems they maybe have experienced that aren’t as known. All in all, I highly recommend them. Cole was awesome and I feel really informed. Thanks guys!
