Taylor, another Salesperson at Edwards & Sons, joined the company after getting to know and respect Cole’s expertise through an industry roofing group. Cole
Cole Schaller is the owner of Edwards & Sons Roofing. Cole has been surrounded by roofing his whole life, having watched his parents lead the company until he took over in 2012 so they could retire. Cole finds great joy in mentoring and serving others. He is also a proud veteran of the US Army.
Ethan Boerm
A Collinsville native, Ethan came on board as an estimator in late 2024. He loves meeting new people and is passionate about helping them navigate the process of roof replacement. Ethan comes from a customer service background and really likes that the company is customer service obsessed.
Damien Dedmon
Damien came on board early 2025 and has been a quick study. Having a construction materials and fabrication background, his experience has been very helpful in learning the roofing industry.
