Filing an insurance claim sounds like more of a headache than it really is—and we’re here to support you and the insurance folks every step of the way. We follow these steps:

Inspection & Claim Decision: First, call Edwards and Sons for a storm damage inspection. Once we take a look at your home, we’ll tell you whether we think you should file a claim. If not, we’ll give you a repair estimate within two business days.

Claim Assistance & Adjuster Meeting: If there is enough damage to file a claim, we’ll guide you through the process and attend the adjuster’s visit to point out our initial findings to them.

Insurance Scope Review: After your claim is approved, we’ll review the proposed coverage with you and ensure everything necessary is covered – and if they’re not, we’ll help you advocate for more coverage.

Project Kickoff & Material Scheduling: After you make your down payment and choose colors & materials, our production manager will coordinate with you on the material’s arrival and schedule the work (i.e., the installation).

Installation & Insurance Finalization: When we arrive on work day, we’ll keep you updated throughout, and once complete, we’ll assist with the final steps of insurance reimbursement so you can put all the stress behind you and ride off into the sunset.
